In today's world, a lot of people pay mortgages. A mortgage is a loan that is guaranteed by a house or another real estate property. That means that if you fail to pay your monthly rates, the bank which has given you the loan can take over your house. That's why it's important to know how much money you will need to pay every month and what the total value of the loan is, before actually signing a contract. In this way, you will know from the beginning how much you have to pay and you will know whether you can afford the loan or not.

In this situation, you could use the Mortgage Advisor application. As the name clearly states, this Windows program can calculate the total value of your loan and can help you view the monthly rates, all in an intuitive interface. The first thing to do after installing the application is to add the mortgage amount inside the program's interface.

After this, you should enter the period of time for the loan and the interest rate. After entering all this information, Mortgage Advisor will be able to automatically calculate the amount of money you have to pay each month, for covering the loan and the interest rate. What's more, Mortgage Advisor can make predictions and display the changes in your loan in case the interest rate is modified.

What's more, Mortgage Advisor can let you view the effect of additional payments on your mortgage. Furthermore, for allowing you to see if a loan is worth it or not, Mortgage Advisor can display the loan and the interest rate as a pie chart. The user can add data to the program, as he pays the loan every month, and he can view the changes that occur in the loan value, thus being able to see how much money he still needs to pay.

Pros

It can calculate your mortgage interest rate and helps you see how much money you have to pay each month for your loan. Besides that, it can display the loan and interest rate as a pie chart.

Cons

The interface may seem a bit too crowded for some users. Mortgage Advisor can advise you on taking a mortgage or not, displaying complete information regarding the value of any loan and interest rate, all in an intuitive interface.
